Bar
Our bar is a peaceful and relaxing haven, a free port where you can revitalise your senses at any time of day.
It starts in the morning at breakfast, with the first espresso served in this stupendous location with a view; it continues at lunch, if you want to get away from the pool just for a quick (but delicious!) sandwich; it carries on at snack time, with pizzas, fruit salads and other snacks to suit all tastes.
And in the evening?
A cocktail overlooking the sea, an aperitif at sunset, a digestive at the end of the meal while contemplating the light of the moon, which cloaks everything in silver, creating a magical atmosphere...
A bar. One, ten, a hundred, a thousand emotions.

Breakfast
The deep connection to Calabria is evident right from breakfast in the morning.
In addition to cakes, tarts, croissants, yoghurt and cereals, the best typical local delicacies are on display on the buffet tables: fresh fruit, first and foremost, a riot of fresh seasonal fruit that would make the most exotic destinations envious, and then home-made jams and marmalades and local cheeses and cold cuts.

Lunch and dinner
For lunch and dinner, the restaurant at Borgo Donna Canfora is at its best: a veritable tribute to the most succulent gastronomic traditions of Calabria and Italy.
The fish is from the Tyrrhenian Sea, caught right where the eye meets the sea; the meat comes from carefully selected farms in the hinterland, and the vegetables are from our garden, picked fresh every morning.
Then there is the 'ndjua, the queen of the table: enjoy it spread fresh on a piece of toasted bread, accompany it with a glass of full-bodied red wine, enjoy Calabria!
