General conditions

Cards labeled with the number of the accommodation unit are required for all purchases and services within the holiday village.
Cash or methods of payment other than debiting your account are not accepted.
The use of ID wristbands is mandatory for all guests from June to September.
No outside guests are allowed to enter the facility.
Quiet hours are from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from midnight to 8:00 a.m.
During these hours, games that may disrupt the peace of other guests are prohibited.
For security purposes, the premises are subject to video and audio recording (Art. 13 Code for the Protection of Personal Data, Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
The Management is not responsible for any damage or losses.
We invite our guests to deposit your valuables within the safe located in the closet of your accommodation.
Included in the price
Always included in the price: Beach service (1 beach umbrella and 2 deckchairs/loungers per apartment), Pool service, Club Card, Air Conditioning, Parking, Sky SAT TV.
When you check in, you will be given a daily pass - valid from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - to leave under your beach umbrella. This way, even if you go for a nice swim or you want to enjoy a traditional Calabrian lunch, your spot on the beach will be guaranteed.

Hourly rate for cleaning: € 15.00/h
Additional set of linen: €12 per person
Beach towel: €2 per change
Only small pets allowed by prior arrangement with the management: € 10.00 per day
Services
Air-conditioned Bar and Restaurant, Telephone in the apartment, room with satellite TV, sunbathing area, Saltwater pool and hot tub, Beach Service, WI-FI Included, Catamaran-Sailing School. Possibility to rent cars-motorcycles-pedal boats-boats. Transfers, excursions. Entertainment (from June 15 to September 15).
Transfer service to and from Lamezia Terme airport € 100 (max 8 ppl).
Check-In Check-Out
Check-In from 2 pm to midnight on the day of arrival. On Saturdays and Sundays check-in is from 4:00 pm.
If you arrive earlier, our in-house services are at your disposal.
Check-Out by 9.30 am on the day of departure.
Guests checking out are requested to pay their bill by 11:00 p.m. the night before they leave.
For late check-out requests (40% of the daily rate) please contact the front desk with at least one day's notice.
Policy
Up to 14 days before the date of your arrival, free cancellation (NO CANCELLATION FEE);
From the 13th day to the 7th day before the date of your arrival: refund of the deposit. The amount of the first night is retained;
From the 6th prior to the day of your arrival, loss of the entire deposit.

Reservations will be valid and confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to the 30% of the total price of your stay, to be sent within 7 days after the confirmation of the booking by Bank Transfer or PayPal.
The remaining amount will be paid when you arrive.
